Cowork + Create – Free Coworking Day Pass & Introductory Membership Terms & Conditions

By booking, redeeming, purchasing, or using a Free Coworking Day Pass or Membership with Cowork + Create (ABN 55 377 609 436), located at Level 1, 283 Old Geelong Road, Hoppers Crossing VIC 3029, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Offer Eligibility & Validity

The Free Coworking Day Pass is available to new visitors only and is limited to one (1) pass per person.

The Free Coworking Day Pass:

  • Must be redeemed within 30 calendar days of registration.

  • Is non-transferable and may not be shared, resold, or redeemed by another person.

  • Has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for any other service.

  • May only be redeemed once per person, household, business, or organisation.

Cowork + Create reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking where it believes the offer is being misused.

2. Bookings, Availability & Arrival

Free Coworking Day Pass bookings must be made in advance and are subject to workspace availability.

Cowork + Create reserves the right to limit, reschedule, or decline bookings where capacity has been reached.

No-shows without notice may result in forfeiture of the Free Coworking Day Pass.

3. Access & Hours

Free Coworking Day Pass visitors receive access during standard business hours only.

Visitors must complete a brief induction prior to using the space.

After-hours access is not included with a Free Coworking Day Pass.

Members who upgrade to a Cowork + Create Membership receive access in accordance with their membership level and access permissions.

4. Hot Desk Memberships

Hot Desk Memberships provide access to shared coworking workstations within designated hot desk areas.

Hot Desk Memberships do not include a reserved desk or workstation.

Members may choose any available hot desk on a first come, first served basis each time they attend.

Members must not occupy:

  • Dedicated desks marked as reserved;

  • Workstations allocated to dedicated desk members;

  • Private offices;

  • Meeting rooms unless separately booked.

Any workstation displaying a “Reserved” sign is not available for use by visitors or hot desk members.

Members must remove all personal belongings at the end of each visit unless alternative arrangements have been approved by Cowork + Create.

5. Induction

All visitors must complete a brief safety, security, and facility induction before using the workspace.

This includes:

  • Emergency procedures;

  • Building access requirements;

  • Shared workspace expectations;

  • General facility orientation.

6. Use of the Space

Users must:

  • Bring their own equipment unless otherwise arranged.

  • Leave workstations clean and tidy after use.

  • Respect other members and visitors.

  • Use facilities safely and responsibly.

Cowork + Create reserves the right to terminate access where behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate, unsafe, or inconsistent with the professional environment of the space.

7. Community & Etiquette

Cowork + Create is a shared professional workspace.

All visitors and members agree to:

  • Keep noise levels respectful.

  • Use headphones when appropriate.

  • Use designated phone booths or private spaces for extended calls.

  • Clean shared areas after use.

  • Respect the privacy and productivity of others.

All users must comply with the current Cowork + Create Member Handbook and facility policies.

8. Inclusions & Limitations

The Free Coworking Day Pass is valid for one individual only.

The Free Coworking Day Pass does not include:

  • 24/7 access;

  • Business address usage;

  • Mail handling services;

  • Dedicated desk allocation;

  • Complimentary meeting room usage.

Meeting rooms may be booked separately at the current casual booking rates and are subject to availability.

9. Suitable Use

Cowork + Create is designed for professional business use.

The space may not be suitable for:

  • High-volume call centre style work;

  • Activities creating excessive noise or disruption;

  • Childcare arrangements;

  • Activities that interfere with the enjoyment of other members.

Cowork + Create reserves the right to determine whether a user’s activities are appropriate for the shared workspace environment.

10. Safety, Security & Access

Users are responsible for:

  • Their own conduct;

  • Their belongings;

  • Following all building safety procedures.

Digital access credentials must not be shared with any other person.

The premises are monitored by security cameras for safety and security purposes.

Users who access the building outside standard business hours must ensure the premises remain secure and must not provide access to unauthorised persons.

11. Internet, Liability & Insurance

Use of the premises, facilities, equipment, and internet services is entirely at your own risk.

Cowork + Create accepts no liability for:

  • Loss or theft of personal property;

  • Damage to equipment;

  • Business interruption;

  • Data loss;

  • Internet outages;

  • Cyber security incidents;

  • Personal injury, except where required by law.

Users are responsible for maintaining their own insurance, including professional indemnity, public liability, and equipment insurance where applicable.

12. Business Address & Mail

The Free Coworking Day Pass does not permit use of the Cowork + Create address for business registration, mail handling, ASIC registration, Google Business Profiles, or marketing purposes.

Business address and mail services are available only where included within an eligible membership plan.

13. Introductory 4 Day Hot Desk Membership Offer ($49)

The Introductory 4 Day Hot Desk Membership Offer is available exclusively to eligible Free Coworking Day Pass visitors.

This offer is limited to one (1) redemption per person, household, business, or organisation.

13.1 Membership Commencement

The membership commences immediately upon successful payment of the $49 introductory fee.

The membership remains active for thirty (30) calendar days from the payment date.

13.2 Membership Inclusions

The Introductory Membership includes:

  • Four (4) coworking days within a 30-day period;

  • 24/7 member access;

  • Access to available hot desks on a first come, first served basis;

  • Use of shared member amenities.

No advance booking is required.

Members may attend at any time during their active membership period, subject to workspace capacity.

13.3 Usage Tracking

Membership usage is monitored through Cowork + Create’s access control system.

Each day attended will be recorded and deducted from the member’s available monthly allocation.

Cowork + Create’s access records will be considered the official record of membership usage.

13.4 Unused Days

All four (4) coworking days must be used within the active 30-day membership period.

Unused days:

  • Expire at the end of the membership period;

  • Cannot be rolled over to future months;

  • Cannot be transferred;

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash, refunds, credits, or alternative services.

13.5 Automatic Renewal

At the conclusion of the introductory membership period, the membership will automatically renew as a standard 4 Day Hot Desk Membership at the current advertised rate, currently $160.00 including GST per month.

The membership will continue on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

13.6 Payment Authorisation

By purchasing the Introductory Membership Offer, you authorise Cowork + Create to process recurring membership payments using your nominated payment method.

Recurring payments will continue until the membership is cancelled.

13.7 Cancellation

Members may cancel their membership by providing a minimum of seven (7) days written notice prior to their next billing date.

Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to hello@coworkandcreate.com.au.

Where sufficient notice is not provided, the next scheduled membership payment may still be processed and will not be refundable.

13.8 Capacity & Workspace Availability

Hot Desk Memberships provide access to available coworking workstations only.

Cowork + Create does not guarantee:

  • A particular desk location;

  • A preferred workstation;

  • A parking space;

  • Meeting room availability.

Workspace access is subject to overall workspace capacity and operational requirements.

14. General Conditions

Cowork + Create reserves the right to amend pricing, membership inclusions, operating hours, policies, and these Terms and Conditions at any time upon reasonable notice.

Any incidents, accidents, damage, or concerns must be reported to Cowork + Create within 48 hours.

Visitors and members must not attend the workspace if experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness.

15. Acceptance

By booking a Free Coworking Day Pass, attending Cowork + Create, or purchasing the Introductory Membership Offer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, together with the Cowork + Create Member Handbook and any related facility policies.
